Looking for School Support for Your Child-Without Months of Waiting?
Comprehensive evaluations with clear diagnoses completed in as little as two-weeks!
We Evaluate the Following Diagnostic Areas:

Dyslexia and Other Learning Disabilities
Our comprehensive learning disability testing identifies specific challenges including:
Dyslexia (Reading Difficulties)
Dysgraphia (Writing Difficulties)
Dyscalculia (Math Difficulties)
Through detailed educational assessments, we evaluate your child’s cognitive and academic skills to create a clear picture of their unique learning profile, empowering your child to make meaningful progress in school.

ADHD Evaluations
Our ADHD testing and assessment provide a thorough evaluation of your child’s symptoms that are impacting their academic performance, social interactions, and daily functioning. With a clear understanding of their ADHD symptomology, families can access effective school treatment plans and accommodations.

Will my child receive a diagnosis from this evaluation?
If the results meet criteria for ADHD, dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia, or another learning disability, a formal diagnosis can be provided. If not, you will still receive an explanation of your child’s learning profile and targeted recommendations.
How long does the evaluation take?
Testing sessions typically range from 2–5 hours, depending on age and concerns. Sessions may be split into two days to support your child’s stamina. After testing, the written report is usually completed within 1-2 weeks.
Will the school accept this evaluation for getting an IEP or 504?
Yes! Schools must consider any outside assessment.
While they may still want to complete their own testing, your evaluation often speeds up the process and provides strong support for a 504 plan, IEP, and classroom or testing accommodations.
How do I know if my child’s struggles are just a phase or something more?
Many children go through ups and downs in school, but ongoing difficulties with attention, reading, writing, math, organization, or behavior may signal an underlying learning or attention difference. A comprehensive evaluation can help determine whether your child’s challenges are developmental, situational, or related to a diagnosable learning need.
Do I really need a private evaluation if the school is already involved?
Many families seek private evaluations after experiencing long wait times through the school system, denial by the school, or evaluations that are the bare-minimum of evaluating their child’s needs. A private evaluation offers a thorough, individualized look at your child’s strengths and needs and can often be completed much sooner, allowing you to take action without months of delay.
What will I gain from a psychoeducational evaluation for my child?
Our evaluations are designed to help you clearly understand how your child learns, identify any barriers to success, and receive practical, actionable recommendations you can use at school and at home. Parents leave with clarity, direction, and confidence in their next steps.
Who will be conducting my child’s evaluation?
All evaluations are led by Suzanne Swezea, M.S., LEP, an Educational Psychologist with over 19 years of experience. Her background as a school psychologist in the public school system allows her to support families not only with accurate diagnoses, but also with expert guidance on navigating the school system and advocating effectively for services and accommodations.
Will my Insurance cover the testing?
Typically insurance will not cover this testing; however, a Superbill can be created once payment has been made, which you can submit to your insurance company to apply for reimbursement. We accept credit card and Zelle.
Can this evaluation be used for applying for college entrance exam accommodations?
Yes. Comprehensive ADHD and learning disability evaluations meet documentation requirements for:
- SAT/ACT
- College disability services
